Original Superhero Creations of mine
Roll Call: Top: The WatchOwl, Sunbolt, The Crimson Angel Middle: Boneshaker, FrostFyre, Sentinel, Street Demon Bottom: Speedway, Galvestar III, Daniel Redraven, RedCat, Seaspray These are my creations\intellectual property. Please do not steal or use, as I may one day still publish stories with them.
No story with this one, I may come up with something a bit later. This is the first freehanded original freehand drawing I've completed in a long time. The character is Dar SteelHeart, my current character in D&D. I really need to get back into drawing more often..I am sorely out of practice. I did you some texture brushes and background, as well as I ended up tracing the sword from a ref. pic I had, but all and all, I'm pretty happy with it.
This is a mock up of my new character in D&D; a barbarian called Dar SteelHeart using many different references.
There's a lot of Moon Knight\Daredevil influence in a lot of the design (though last I checked, neither chucked fireballs at someone). Fun fact: The character's actually a female. She wears a lightweight padded\armored outfit to further hide her ID." You see, her lover was the original Street Demon, and wanted no one to know he had been killed. So she had a friend of theirs , The Watch Owl, fix up a body suit to make her look like him in body(it also enhances her strength).
Color test.
A request for a friend of mine. Do any of you remember a role playing game called Heroes Unlimited? I first started playing this back in 1993, when I was at Berea College and made some wonder friends. One of my friends wanted to draw one of her characters, The Raven. She's kinda based on the Crow, only with a different mask. I hope she likes it, and that you guys like it too. :-)
This is one of my earliest and probably most altered over the years character, Sparhawk. The name is actually in homage to the main character in David and Leigh Eddings fantasy series The Elenium and The Tamuli. The design is my creation.
This is my first From-start-to-finish digital drawing using a Wacom tablet, PaintTool Sai, and occasionally a mouse. I used one of my OC's, Sparhawk, as a subject. This was also the first time I used layers to color (got confused several times...back to the tutorials). It's not perfect he looks like he's out of an old school video game)...but it's a start.
Redcat. Before anyone asks, the claws are not imbedded..they're handheld devices. All Wolverine purists can relax...if possible. ;-) This is one of my OC's. Hope you like it.
